These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ZG777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ZG777 online gaming platform available at https://zg777.cam and all associated services.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without modification. • Own Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited to your Account are lawfully your own and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.

To access Platform Services, Users must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete and current information. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

ZG777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., recent utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account confirming account holder name)
• Source of funds declaration where required by compliance procedures

Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC verification. Providing false, misleading or incomplete documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. ZG777 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login details.

ZG777 provides information about payment methods that may be available in the platform cashier. The availability of any specific payment method — including those commonly used in Pakistan such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, or cryptocurrency options — is subject to the operator's cashier configuration at the time of your transaction.

• All deposits must be made in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× requirement means PKR 150,000 must be wagered on qualifying games before withdrawal. Actual figures depend on the specific promotion — always verify before claiming.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum stake-per-bet restriction applies. Commonly this is PKR 1,000–2,500 per bet or spin. Breaching the maximum bet limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

All bets, wagers and game sessions on ZG777 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules for each game or sports market as displayed on the platform.

• Bets are accepted and settled at the Platform's sole discretion. Published odds and game RTP figures are subject to change. Confirmed bets placed prior to any odds change will be honoured at the odds displayed at the time of placement.
• In the event of technical faults, disconnections or errors during a game session or bet placement, ZG777's records shall be the authoritative source of truth. Where a fault cannot be attributed to either party, bets affected by the fault may be voided.
• ZG777 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where the outcome was influenced by a technical error, data feed failure or other exceptional circumstance outside normal game operations.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ZG777 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Breach may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of the account balance:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit betting markets

• Depositing or transacting with funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering or terrorist financing
• Allowing a third party to access or use your account
• Registering while subject to a self-exclusion order from ZG777 or any gambling operator
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the Platform's technical infrastructure or other users' experience

ZG777 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where required. We reserve the right to report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

• Instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Identification that the User is underage or does not meet eligibility requirements
• Prolonged account inactivity (as defined in the operator's inactivity policy)

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining — after deduction of any bonus funds and subject to the resolution of any outstanding compliance issues — will be returned to the User via the applicable payment method, subject to verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZG777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to adequately protect your login credentials
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, applicable laws or payment provider terms
• Errors in third-party sports data feeds that affect bet settlement, where ZG777 acted in good faith on the data available

ZG777 operates as an information and entertainment platform. We make no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose beyond its stated function as an online gaming service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Users are advised to refer to the operator's licence documentation for the specific governing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a User and ZG777, the following process applies:

1. First Contact: Submit a written complaint to [email protected] describing the issue in detail, including your account reference, the date of the disputed transaction or event, and the resolution you are seeking.
2. Internal Review: ZG777 will acknowledge your complaint within a reasonable timeframe and conduct an internal review. A substantive response will be provided as promptly as is practicable.
3. Escalation: If the internal resolution is unsatisfactory, Users may escalate the dispute to the operator's designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body or the relevant licensing authority, as applicable to the operator's jurisdiction.

By accepting these Terms, you agree to use the dispute resolution procedure above before initiating any legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief where necessary.

ZG777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through a notice on the Platform or via email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last reviewed.
